After being an Internet content provider for nearly 10 years now, writing sponsored posts has become quite easy for me.

I try to make sure when I write a sponsored post that I add any qualities that will make others truly want to visit each site and find out more.

    Thanks for sharing, Christine.

I have a technical background myself, so my talent mostly revolves around that. That’s the reason I’m working on building various websites (utilizing LAMP solutions for those who are curious). I’ve also got a little bit of a grasp on SEO from my background combined with my blogging efforts, which plays a part in molding my coding efforts too.

My skills aren’t exactly unique, but being able to code all of my websites by myself comes in handy and saves me a lot of money in startup costs. That and I can tailor my websites to do whatever I want versus using some sort of prefab software.

I’m very jealous of both of you. I have absolutely NO technological skills whatsoever. I can put together a website, which I’ve done several times, but as for all the little things that go with them, I’m a total airhead. LOL

    That’s okay — that’s what networking is for. ;)

    I will remember that. LOL

I have been running a computer hardware review site for over six years now. I have learned so much in that time about networking, advertising and public relations… all the while improving my writing skills greatly. It’s not uncommon to pump out a 2,000 word review/article in an hour or two. It’s almost like second nature now…

  8. Matt Huggins Says:

That’s a fantastic quality, Shawn. I know I still have trouble pumping out the writing at times, especially when you have other things on your plate to worry about as well! It’s an area I can definitely stand to improve…or outsource. :P
