Good luck, I hope you see some good results! I've known about them for awhile now, but I just installed them on my blog too, so I'll be seeing how they go for me too.

Okay, I've signed up and put the code on two sites. I was surprised how simple it was to sign-up and create ads, and even more surprised to see so many items in my very narrow niche. Now let's see what kind of results I get!

Wow, that was a pretty in-depth look at Auction Ads! I guess it can't hurt to try. If I do sign up (through the link on your review of course), I'll come back here and let you know how I got on.

Ahh, okay. Well I suppose that is fairly limiting on some of your options then. Have you tried using AuctionAds? They have received much positive feedback since their inception from what I've been reading, and they can appear as a small advertisement on your site while offering monetary incentive through affiliate sales. Perhaps they would be suitable for your educational tools site as well, though I don't know how their stats would compare to your AdSense stats.

The sites I monetize are educational tools, so they are standalone websites without much written content. That means I'm limited in what I can use - no Kontera, ReviewMe, PayPerPost, etc. I do earn a little through Text Link Ads, Amazon's affiliate program, other affiliate sales, direct advertising sales, and donations.

Adsense is far and away by biggest earner. Nothing else that I've tried has come close.

Thanks for sharing, Michael. I'll be posting my blog income details here at the end of the month, but my biggest money-makers at the moment are ReviewMe and PayPerPost. Each easily brings in more than advertising services such as AdSense and ContentLink for me. (As an aside, I removed ContentLink from my blog as the monetary benefit was outweighed by the hindrance of the ads.)

My #1 money maker is selling an info product that I purchased rights to 3 years ago. That $300 investment continues to bring in thousands every year.

My #2 money maker is AdSense, but I expect this to change as I start to focus on selling products written by me in the future.

My #3 money maker is promoting products from MaxBounty. You really have to pick the right program and promotion for your niche.

My #4 money maker is clickbank, but I don't promote them as heave because of loosing affiliate sales.
