new2blog Blog Review

March 20th, 2007 by Matt Huggins

Mike, the author of new2blog, contacted me today asking me to look at his blog. I was quite impressed with what I found there, considering that new2blog only began in February.

New2blog is a great place to look for resources and articles relating to blogging. Two of the more informative articles I came across include: how to determine if you should blog about begginer or advanced topics; and how to improve the format of your blog post. The latter of the two especially brought some things to light for me as a recent contributor to the blogosphere, namely breaking your posts up into chunks with headers.

Some users who have been blogging for awhile may already have some of these tips in place. However, keep in mind that Mike intends to be providing more advanced topics in the future, including SEO, advanced CSS and web design, Google AdSense related content, and growth strategies. He also has plans of including reviews on plug-ins and themes that will help your blog to succeed.

I didn’t have new2blog as a resource when launching my own blog. Fortunately you do, and I encourage you to take advantage of it. If you’re looking into taking the plunge, definitely check out his post on how to succeed with a blog launch.

If you are new to my blog, I encourage you to look into partaking in my mutual blog review opportunity.
