I've had some clicks that were only worth 2-4 cents, but most of them have converted to higher earnings. I suppose if it doesn't work out, then there's no reason to stick with it for you. Since the JavaScript is located at the end of the blog's HTML, it might not have loaded for you when reading this if the page didn't fully load for you for some reason. Also, if you take a look at the screen shot in this post under the "How do I track my earnings?" section, that's a sample of a week of the ads running on this blog. They haven't earned me much as of yet, granted I don't have an exorbitant flow of traffic either. However, I may end up removing them from my blog. I haven't tried either of these types of services out. I agree with you when you say they are disruptive to the reader. However, I'd be in to trying them out if I could find out the payoff.
