I Finally Joined AGLOCO
February 3rd, 2007 by Matt HugginsThere’s been a lot of hype about AGLOCO (aff) lately, and I haven’t been giving it any of my attention. It sounds like an interesting opportunity, and I figure I ought to join in while I still can.
The idea is fairly simple, but an interestingly fresh idea for the Web. The concept is referred to as an Economic Network, and the basis is that each member generates income through ads displayed in a special Web browser. As it is, I spend countless hours surfing online, so why not make money doing it? Furthermore, each member makes money for each person they refer who makes money, as well as for each referral who goes on to refer someone else.
I don’t know how this is going to work out considering the software is still being finalized. However, there are many mixed opinions. Some think it’s going to be huge, pointing to the fact that there are over 180,000 members signed up for a company that’s barely two months old and hasn’t even released product. Others think that the hype is much greater than the product and potential could ever be.
Whatever happens, I figure I have nothing to lose by joining now. I could always simply not use the browser. But at least now I have the opportunity to use it and have referrals sign up under me (aff).
