Coffee BeansWell, as I mentioned before, I planned to get a few websites up with the primary goal of getting visitors to click the AdSense links. Many sites with this structure or flow exist, whereby they provide a bit of information in some articles with advertisements throughout the site’s content pages in an effort to collect revenue via visitor click-through. They prove to be successful, which can be supported by the multitude of pages like this that are rather simple to locate.

I stuck to my word, and I got the first site of mine up that will attempt to use this same structure. It’s called Caffeine Enthusiast, and it is intended to provide the visitor with a basic introduction to some coffee knowledge. I plan to increase the amount of information on the site, but it has a fair amount of knowledge on there for what was done in one night.

Unfortunately, the home page is currently not displaying ads in English. I read a few places online that say this is a common issue, and it can only be resolved by contacting Google. I did this, so I’m hoping it won’t take long to fix this problem.
As I work on the site, I’ll keep track of the stats for the different types of ads I have on there so that I can fine-tune it to try to maximize the click-through rate. (I don’t really know what to expect right now.) I also have plans for getting backlinks to my site, and inclusion on numerous search engines to help drive traffic. I can’t say too much more on the subject now since I have virtually no hands-on experience with the AdSense program up to this point. Wish me luck!
