I woke up after about 4 hours of sleep just because I couldn’t get myself to fall back to sleep. My mind was wandering as usual since I’ve got so much weirdness going on in life right now. I decided to peek and see how much I made from AdSense for my first (half-) day having Caffeine Enthusiast online. Considering I was only up to $0.03 for one click for the day a few hours prior, I wasn’t expecting much.

Well lo and behold, I made $0.82 for the day. I’m sure there will be some scoffing at this number, but considering my site has only been online and publicized for about 12 hours prior to this, it’s a fairly big number. This is also considerable since I have little content available on the site compared to what I intend to include, and even more so since my site has not been submitted to any search engines to be indexed yet.

Although the screen shot doesn’t show much more than what I said before (since sharing click-through rates and other similar data is against the Terms of Service), I still would like to post it for my own moral and a reminder to myself that I really think it’s possible to turn this into something that gets some cash into my pockets.
