Blogg-Buzz: A Digg-like Site for Bloggers

While browsing on MyBlogLog, I just came across a site named Blogg-Buzz. If you’ve ever used a site like Digg, you’ll pretty much immediately get the concept behind Blogg-Buzz. The site explains it best:
Blogg-Buzz is a user driven social content website. Okay, so what the heck does that mean? Well, everything on Blogg-Buzz is submitted by our community (that would be you). After you submit content, other bloggers read your submission and Buzz what they like best. If your post rocks and receives enough Buzzes, it is promoted to the front page for the visitors to see.
In essence, other bloggers are voting for or against your blog posts; the popular ones will receive more visitors since they’ll be displayed more prominently.
I don’t know about you, but the idea of the site sounds great to me. Too often to good blog entries get buried on Digg simply because members there take the attitude of any blog entry being what they call “blogspam”. I’m hoping Blogg-Buzz will help to alleviate such concerns.
