An Update on Caffeine Enthusiast

I just wanted to make a small update to my blog about Caffeine Enthusiast. I wrote a few more articles yesterday, and I submitted it to numerous search engines. Unfortunately it can take up to a couple weeks for the site to get indexed by any given search engine, so I will likely have a dip in hits, and in turn ad clicks, as a result of this.

The past two days were significantly better than the first two, earning me just shy of $5 and a little less than $2.50. The number of impressions and the click through rate were fairly high though due to my request for feedback on several business forums. I have no doubt this will appear as a spike in earnings compared to the surrounding days. As of this point, I can’t be sure what to expect in terms of earnings once I am indexed by the search engines. However, I have been seeing some hits from backlinks on a few others coffee sites such as Specialty-Coffee.com.

I devised an interesting plan for another site like this that I intend to follow up in another blog post as part of a series. People interested in making use of AdSense will find it interesting I think.
