I hadn’t heard about this tool bar, and now, as I look up at my toolbars.. The nav bar, the web design tool bar, the stumble stuff, the google bar, and the life saving roboform bar.. I cringe.

tried installing this, after which my firefox refuses to load. I had to startup in safe mode and disable it before it loads again. Perhaps its due to the firewall of my company, not sure…..

I have been using it now for 3 days and it is working perfect. I still believe Alexa is worthless but since visitors that do not understand how alexa works think that a low number is important i figured i would use it.

This toolbar will only help to improve your site’s rating in that it will count your own visits to your site towards your total traffic rank. John Chow actually pointed out another plug-in though called ReloadEvery that in combination with the Alexa toolbar can make it look like you receive more traffic than you actually do. While it may not be completely honest, John is known for his evil tactics.

I wonder if installing this will somehow help our site’s rating…I just installed the widget but I don’t think I do another toolbar.
