I think what I went through was a bit of an extreme circumstance that most AdSense users shouldn't likely have to worry about. However, I think it shows that (at least with some persistence in my case) the Google AdSense team is good enough that it is willing to take the time to ensure the satisfaction of its users. Our situation does not mirror yours in that we have no clue to anything fraudulent from any one including Ask a New Yorker. We've had the account for several years building revenues from pennies to dollars a day. I've sent our appeals letter and hope we too have an outcome as positve as yours. What an informative read.
